Creating RAID

Creating a 4-drive RAID-5 fault tolerant volume in SoftRAID is easy: select the drives, then choose the desired type of RAID in the dialog that appears.

The desired volume size can also be specified; it does not have to be all available space, so it can be any smaller size (partition) desired.
